Hard Sunday

Was tired today moved the clocks ahead. Church breakfast swimming then home to veg had a glass of wine and some gf chips. Breakfast was a banana then sausage egg and fruit then mixed veg the gf chips an apple and almond butter damn no wonder I was hungry that's like only a 900 cal day.

Weighed in weight was the same but lost 8 inches!

Workout Saturday

Today is an active day! Did bootcamp this morning then ran 10k this aft and am going to take the girls rock climbing tonight.

Started eating bananas and peanut butter this morning until I remembered peanuts were not paleo. Then had sausage and an egg. After bootcamp a banana and paleo bar. Then had a chicken salad, after my run a handful of cashews. Tonight I made pork steaks and roasted root veg and paleo muffins. Though they have a bit of sugar so not 100% paleo. Will keep working on recipes to find ones we love.

Slip or sip

Ok Yesterday ended doing my folks taxes and drinking red wine! I did stick to all paleo but three glasses was not really in the plan for March. Today was Paleo crunch for breakfast and then sweet potatoe and pork for lunch. I roasted the potatoes and onions with some olive oil and cumin, chili, and cinnamon it was so so good. The I had some more pork for dinner and some nuts and a few carrots. I tried some sweet potatoe fries from the fresh produce area but they were not great. I am going to eventually ween down some of my carbs but this week glad to be paleo for the entire work week!

Breakfast for lunch

Today my parents are here yah! We had a big breakfast together fried eggs homemade gf sausage coffee with coconut milk. Ditto this for lunch. Snack was trail mix and banana as witnessed in empty peel and almond milk latte yum.

Just did a workout with Jenn it was great and love being pushed. Had a water 700ml but that was the first water today . My bad. Jenn wants me to track my fats to make sure I get enough so I will ck this from time to time by tracking.

New purchase Steve's Original Paleo Krunch so so good! But just had two fillings so biting my frozen lip lol.

Another great day

Ate well grapefruit and nuts, apple and nuts, spaghetti squash and buffalo, clementines. I did have go eat the center out of a quiche after the gym before church as it was the best option and I was starving! Did 40 min on eliptical. Water a bit better at 4 and more herbal tea black.

When I got home tonight Kev had a steak ready yah!

Eating on the drive

I was so hungry on the way home I ate the strawberries right out of the pack on the way. I do believe they were the best strawberries ever. For dinner I ate the last of the rutabaga and bacon and buffalo burger and spaghetti sauce on top.

We took the kids swimming tonight so burned some cals there then I walked/ran on the treadmill for 30 mins while I watched the housewives!

Then tonight I made the best homemade guacamole ever and had a few beet chips with it.

I have tried the coconut milk in my coffee but I'm not sold on it yet.



Off to buy groceries

No snacking last night!

Wait going to do a run before I get home or stair climber? Off to the gym!
