Ate well grapefruit and nuts, apple and nuts, spaghetti squash and buffalo, clementines. I did have go eat the center out of a quiche after the gym before church as it was the best option and I was starving! Did 40 min on eliptical. Water a bit better at 4 and more herbal tea black.
When I got home tonight Kev had a steak ready yah!
