Today's Eats

Breakfast was a protein bar and nuts pre-meeting with Jenn and a banana for a morning snack lunch was roasted rutabaga with bacon and two poached eggs and an apple/pear and a few nuts and this aft snack was nuts and an apple. I have a nut theme going! At Taekwon-Do with the girls contemplating dinner!

I bought the book the Primal Blueprint today at the gym. Will keep you posted on those thoughts.

Dinner was a buffalo burger patti and a salad and a half sweet potatoe with butter. I opened a can of coconut milk and put it in the bullet and used it in my chai tea. Not too bad. Will try coffee in the am with it. May save me $3 a day :)
