Hard Sunday

Was tired today moved the clocks ahead. Church breakfast swimming then home to veg had a glass of wine and some gf chips. Breakfast was a banana then sausage egg and fruit then mixed veg the gf chips an apple and almond butter damn no wonder I was hungry that's like only a 900 cal day.

Weighed in weight was the same but lost 8 inches!
