Workout Saturday

Today is an active day! Did bootcamp this morning then ran 10k this aft and am going to take the girls rock climbing tonight.

Started eating bananas and peanut butter this morning until I remembered peanuts were not paleo. Then had sausage and an egg. After bootcamp a banana and paleo bar. Then had a chicken salad, after my run a handful of cashews. Tonight I made pork steaks and roasted root veg and paleo muffins. Though they have a bit of sugar so not 100% paleo. Will keep working on recipes to find ones we love.
